Jeff Ottman began his commercial real estate career as the president of an international marketing research company working with oil companies, including Arco ampm, to help them achieve their site selection objectives. Having analyzed over 3,000 potential gas station development opportunities in Canada, Mexico and the United States, Jeff was instrumental in identifying locations that still remain today as some of the highest volume locations in their respective markets. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Jeff attended California State University Long Beach where he received a B.A. in Finance and Marketing. Today, Jeff's business is a diverse mix of representing both fortune 500 national tenants, as well as private owners/operators, to help them achieve their real estate goals.
