Director of Human Resources

Mary is the Director of Human Resources for ALMQUIST. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day human resources and payroll needs for over 500 employees across our portfolio of companies. Mary is also responsible for the development and implementation of employment-related policies and procedures as well as employee benefits for all of our companies. She has more than 20 years of human resources, operations management, and real estate investment banking experience.
