Director of Development and Acquistions

Matt is a Director of Development and Acquisitions at ALMQUIST. In this role, he plays an integral role in the sourcing and evaluating of new development opportunities. His primary responsibilities include site selection and review, lease negotiations, tenant/landlord correspondence, and consultant management. Since joining the team, Matt has played in integral role in the successful development, leasing, and disposition of assets across the firm's portfolio. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from Chapman University, where he was also a member of the university's baseball team. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
