Vice President of Development

Tom is the Vice President of Development for ALMQUIST. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the development process from start to completion, which include site identification, acquisition, leasing, entitlement and permitting, construction, management, and disposition. Tom prides himself on creating unique spaces for the communities in which ALMQUIST operates. Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He also holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
