Rodeo @ Fox Theatre is a two-story iteration of Almquist's Rodeo Public Market concept, adjacent to the historic Fox Theater (at Harbor and Chapman) in downtown Fullerton. 

Almquist was selected by the City to develop three parcels for restaurant, retail, and office uses. The project will anchor the north end of downtown Fullerton and will be a huge draw for local families, students, and visitors alike.
