The French Hotel is a proposed 70-room boutique hotel and historic rehabilitation project in downtown San Juan Capistrano.

ALMQUIST is preserving and restoring the historic Domingo Yorba and Casa Manuel Garcia Adobes, integrating these landmark buildings into a hotel experience with guest rooms and dining, complemented by new buildings behind the historic frontage.

Plans include a restaurant, event spaces, courtyard pool, public gathering space, and on-site valet parking. Thoughtful architecture and landscaping will honor the property’s history while creating a welcoming destination in the heart of downtown San Juan Capistrano.
