Vice President of Construction

Alex is the Vice President of Construction at ALMQUIST. In this role, he manages the company’s key development projects, ensuring that they run smoothly from initiation to disposition. Alex's role includes managing all aspects of entitlements, review of construction drawings, interfacing with tenants, permitting processes, and construction, as well as due diligence, leasing, title, and environmental and legal considerations. Alex received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Alex also holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
