Senior Director of Asset Management

Kristin is the Senior Director of Asset Management at ALMQUIST. In this role, she manages ALMQUIST’s real estate portfolio, develops and analyzes budgets and financial information for new and existing centers, and oversees the property management team. She also evaluates insurance requirements, recommends coverages, and maintains policies. Kristin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
