Capistrano plaza
Almquist spearheaded the beautification of Capistrano Plaza, enhancing the charm and beauty that downtown San Juan Capistrano is known for. The project included opening the building to Verdugo Street and improving the overall design, making it stroll-worthy & scroll-worthy.
The renovation attracted highly regarded and publicized new tenants including Ramen Shack and Mayfield. Capistrano Plaza is adjacent to Almquist's upcoming project, River Street Marketplace (currently in development).
