The Groves is a 15-acre property located in Whittier, CA adjacent to 750 new homes. It features top notch tenants such as Stater Bros., EOS Fitness, In-N-Out Burger, Raising Cane's, Chipotle, and CAVA. The project includes the restoration and adaptive re-use of three historic buildings (Heritage Court) and the construction of a new 20,000-sqft building that is referential to the older building that previously occupied the site.
